I got an email that my “Automatic payment has failed”

For ELITE members who joined in the Winter 2020 Open Enrollment or before, there are ways to pay and solve this yourself.

Sometimes payment can fail because your card expired or was rejected.

  1. Go to “My Account” then “My Subscription” (You must be logged in).
  2. Scroll down and you should see the failed order under “Related Orders” list.
  3. Click “Pay” and follow the prompts to update your credit card information.
Click “Pay” under the failed order to continue.
