New JEGS Q&A Available Today
A new topic has been posted on the JEGS Question and Answer portion of bracket racings online driving school, ThisIsBracketRacing.com, on Tuesday, December 20.
“Personally, the JEGS Q&A portion of ThisIsBracketRacing.com is my favorite part of the site,” says ThisIsBracketRacing.com head instructor Luke Bogacki. “The feedback from our subscribers not only allows myself and the guest instructors to have a more hands-on, one-on-one approach with our members, but it also challenges us to think outside of our normal curriculum, so to speak. The JEGS Q&A portion is my opportunity to learn and challenge myself as much as the members of the site.”
This weeks question comes from ThisIsBracketRacing.com subscriber Joker229. For having their question selected, this subscriber will receive a $25 JEGS gift certificate, along with his choice of ThisIsBracketRacing.com T-shirt or visor. For this weeks feature question, Joker229 asks:
“Luke, great job in West Palm Beach, your string of RT’s was incredible. With so many consecutive .00 lights, I have to think it wasn’t just a series of “happy accidents” (you know, where you put .005 in the box from a .004 light and come up .004 again). So my question is this: How tight are you set up on the tree and what reaction time are you looking for each round?”
Luke Bogacki’s ThisIsBracketRacing.com is a one-of-a-kind website that has been set up essentially as a subscription-only online driving school for sportsman drag racing competitors. While the site can be accessed by anyone, the main features of ThisIsBracketRacing.com are reserved for site members. Those members enjoy not only the monthly tutorial columns from sportsman racing standout Bogacki, along with the JEGS Q&A feedback, but also bi-monthly guest editorial columns from some of the premier sportsman drivers in the nation. World Championship caliber drivers and personalities including Sal Biondo, Kyle Seipel, Bret Kepner, Justin Lamb and Bob Mullaney headline an all-star roster of guest columnists in 2011. For the mechanically minded racer, TIBR offers a series of “Tech Talk” Columns that emphasize particular products and their application in sportsman racing.
TIBR members enjoy access to the most comprehensive race schedule in sportsman racing, and the American Race Cars “Strategy Session” message board in which members bounce ideas off one another and site instructors. The site also offers incredible resources that are available to visitors like the unique BTE Power Rankings, the APD Member Spotlight feature.
